Irene Dule, PHD, attorney at law/ researcher in human rights. Irene Dule holds a Law Degree from the University of Tirana, Albania and a Phd on property rights. She has been a practicing attorney for more than 20 years and currently she is working as a researcher in human rights besides attorney at law. Prior the current job Irene Dule served in the public administration for 5 years (1999-2004) in the position of legal assistance, Popular Assembly; chair of directorate of human services, Municipality of Tirana, head of legal sector, Ministry of Culture, etc. She is the author of some academic publications and presentations in national and international academic conferences and journals.

Ina Shënplaku

Ina Shënplaku is a lawyer and privacy counsel at Vodafone Albania, with a strong background in law, human rights, and public administration. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tirana and is currently pursuing a PhD. Ina has extensive experience in managing democracy, governance, and innovation projects at national and EU levels, having worked with IDM, AIDA in the Prime Minister’s Office, and the European Enterprise Network. She also lectures on Human Rights at the University of Tirana. Ina has participated in numerous conferences on data protection, digital democracy, and social inclusion.

Bojana Hajdini

Prof. Asoc. Dr. Bojana Hajdini është një pedagoge dhe studiuese me eksperiencë të gjerë në fushën e drejtësisë. Ajo punon si pedagoge në Universitetin Epoka, e specializuar në të drejtën Penale, të drejtën Administrative dhe të drejtën Kushtetuese. Me një sfond të fortë akademik dhe profesional, ajo është anëtare e Dhomës së Avokatisë që prej vitit 2005, duke dhënë një kontribut të rëndësishëm në edukimin dhe praktikën ligjore. Dr. Hajdini ka përfunduar Doktoraturën në të Drejtën Penale në Universitetin e Tiranës në vitin 2015, pas dy diplomave Master në të Drejtën Penale (2007) dhe Master në Drejtësi (2002) në të njëjtin institucion.
Fushat e saj të kërkimit përfshijnë drejtësinë penale, qeverisjen administrative dhe strukturat kushtetuese, duke reflektuar angazhimin e saj të thellë në avancimin e studimeve dhe praktikës ligjore.
