Vilson Blloshmi

Vilson Blloshmi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Social Sciences and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Faculty of Economy. He is currently a Project Coordinator & Researcher at the Albanian Institute for International Studies, where he focuses on governance, regional cooperation, and policy research. Previously, he worked at Institute for Democracy and Mediation and the Ministry of Interior – Agency for Support of Local Self-Governance, gaining experience in local governance and institutional development. His research interests include anticorruption, integrity, elections, energy governance, democratisation, and the role of local governments in sustainable development.

Av. Dr. Irena Dule

Irene Dule, PHD, attorney at law/ researcher in human rights. Irene Dule holds a Law Degree from the University of Tirana, Albania and a Phd on property rights. She has been a practicing attorney for more than 20 years and currently she is working as a researcher in human rights besides attorney at law. Prior the current job Irene Dule served in the public administration for 5 years (1999-2004) in the position of legal assistance, Popular Assembly; chair of directorate of human services, Municipality of Tirana, head of legal sector, Ministry of Culture, etc. She is the author of some academic publications and presentations in national and international academic conferences and journals.

Haxhire Vezi

Haxhire Vezi është diplomuar në Universitetin e Tiranës (2019) dhe zotëron diplomë Master të Shkencave në të Drejtë Penale (2021) nga i njëjti universitet. Me më shumë se 5 vjet praktikim të ligjit shqiptar dhe ekspertizë të konsiderueshme edhe në arenën ndërkombëtare, ka qenë në gjendje të mbështes disa entitete kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare në çështje të ndryshme ligjore. Gjithashtu në vitin 2019 është certifikuar në fushën e anti-korrupsionit dhe pastrimit të parave me ndjekjen e një kursi 3 mujor (online) nën drejtimin e Washington and Lee University (SHBA) dhe Fakultetin e Drejtësisë, Universiteti Tiranës. Që nga 2019 punon si konsulente ligjore në fusha të ndryshme ligjore, Compliance, çështjet e të dhënave personale aspektet që lidhen me teknologjinë me fokus sigurinë e informacionit dhe së fundmi edhe me çështjet mjedisore. Më tej, ka kontribuar në projekte të shoqërisë civile në reduktimin e çështjeve të prapambetura në Gjykatën e Lartë dhe ka si fokus ndër të tjera edhe studimin e legjislacionit europian, përafrimin me atë shqiptar - EU acquis dhe aspekte të tjera të lidhura me të.

Ina Shënplaku

Ina Shënplaku is a lawyer and privacy counsel at Vodafone Albania, with a strong background in law, human rights, and public administration. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tirana and is currently pursuing a PhD. Ina has extensive experience in managing democracy, governance, and innovation projects at national and EU levels, having worked with IDM, AIDA in the Prime Minister’s Office, and the European Enterprise Network. She also lectures on Human Rights at the University of Tirana. Ina has participated in numerous conferences on data protection, digital democracy, and social inclusion.
