Alma Sinanaj is an inspector of Concentrations Sector, working for Authority of Competition since 2008. She is an expert on different areas such as: the right to compete and the concentrations, the right of the costumers, author rights, intellectual property, trademark and patent, public administration, trade law etc. Miss Sinanaj is graduated in 2006 for European Law at University of Rome “La Sapienza” and she has finished her Master degree focused on European and Immigration Law at University of Rome “Tor Vergata” in 2008. Also in 2008, as a a member of National Chamber of Advocacy of Albania. One year later she was licensed by Ministry of Justice as an Official Translator of Italian language. Also Ms. Sinanaj has contributed with research works as part of her job and she has been licensed in different trainings in and out our country.Given her research contributions, it is worth mentioning the fact that she is a co-author of the book: “Commercial and Economic Law”.
